WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to build out and lead our recruiting programs, which are fueling Qualia's rapid growth in Austin and San Francisco. The Program Manager will develop, implement and organize a range of programs across the talent team. The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, hands-on recruiting programs leader - highly analytical, wildly creative, and a tremendous player-coach. You’ll help the recruiting team finetune and scale existing programs and develop new programs to optimize Qualia’s hiring efforts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess current recruiting programs and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Work with the Head of Talent to identify key recruiting metrics for the company and work with the recruiting team to build and operationalize programs to drive improvements in these metrics
  • Evaluate, streamline, and improve current recruiting tools, technologies, and processes
  • Build specific programs and actions to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract candidates from many backgrounds
  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives such as interviewer training, employee referrals and employer branding
  • Develop recruiting reporting for business-critical recruiting metrics and activities, including diversity and candidate satisfaction
  • Work closely with Qualia's HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires into the company
  • Develop workforce planning tools and motions in partnership with the HR, Finance, and Business teams

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • Significant (4 years+) experience overseeing recruiting programs at a high-growth technology company
  • Ability to take a longer-term strategic view but also operationally implement solutions that deliver on agreed metrics
  • Experience (2 years+) building out a programs team and engaging effectively with a recruiting team to deliver agreed results 
  • Experience with an ATS like Greenhouse or other recruiting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse groups while demonstrating a deep sense of empathy
  • Comfort with and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and ability to balance competing interests
  • Bachelor's degree
