As a Talent Sourcer, you will demonstrate your ability to get creative in finding extraordinary talent for CrowdStrike’s Sales Recruiting team. You will play an integral role in partnering closely with the Recruiters to identify, attract, assess and hire exceptional talent for various sales roles, with an emphasis in Cybersecurity and/or SaaS experience.

Responsibilities:
Ability to directly source hard to find candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, career sites, internal and external networks
Ability to compose compelling email campaigns provide highlights to attract passive talent
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS.
Attend weekly 1:1 meetings with your assigned Recruiters to receive feedback on submittals.
Attend intakes with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand assignments and profiles.
Strong organizational skill to track candidate activity to provide clear updates.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and/or related discipline or the equivalent in the industry in job experience.
2+ years of relevant sourcing experience, preferably for sales roles
2+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter with a response rate of 25%+
Ability to create Boolean Search Strings
Detail oriented and organized, proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong written and verbal communication and ability to craft an attention-grabbing but concise message to attract passive candidates.
