Responsibilities
-Play an important role is supporting Wheel’s growth by creating diverse, strong talent pipelines
-Lead the front end of the recruitment life cycle by sourcing, outreaching, and talent pipelining for key roles across all functions while meeting sourcing targets in our high growth, fast moving environment 
-Create market maps and be the thought leader on how to expand reach to underrepresented groups at the top of the hiring funnel
-Develop creative, effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters
-Stay connected with the latest sourcing trends, tools, and strategies and influence internal partners to adopt them
-Identify and advocate internally for process improvements
Qualifications 
-3+ years of experience high volume, passive candidate sourcing across all functional areas, including engineering, product, and corporate functions 
-2+ years experience at a fast-growing tech company (start up is a plus)
-Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers 
-Experience using boolean search strings across multiple platforms, as well as GitHub, x-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools and strategies 
-Passionate about developing an equitable, inclusive and diverse workforce and demonstrated experience in developing sourcing strategies that enable it
-Expertise in Lever
