We're opening a Contract Technical Recruiter position to help our team in one of our busiest recruiting periods at ACG to date! This role will help our Product & Engineering organisation scale by hiring critical technical roles in the Austin region, adding bar-raisers and game-changers to the team. As a Technical Recruiter (contract) at ACG, you’ll get to:
- Drive the full-cycle technical recruitment activities for the Product & Engineering organisation, including sourcing, screening, assessing/interviewing and negotiating offers
- Independently prioritise recruitment activities, to successfully hire all roles in your portfolio to a timeline
- Champion a positive candidate experience by upholding ACG Candidate Experience standards
- Independently adapt recruitment, sourcing and interview strategies for complex and sometimes nuanced roles within your group
- React to shifts in priority by pivot recruiting efforts when necessary
- Display operational rigor and attention to detail by upholding best practices for sourcing, system usage and data collection
What you bring to the table
We focus on hiring values aligned people, because we believe the right person can learn all the things to be successful in their role. Self-confidence plays a big part in what you apply for. - Full-cycle Technical Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (Start-up, SaaS) working in either in-house Talent teams or Agencies
- Experience using and adapting multiple sourcing strategies to meet the needs of complex, technical recruitment activities
- Expertise with a variety of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and Recruitment CRMs
- Experience driving recruitment processes that focus on providing excellent candidate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

It’s our goal to provide you a fair, efficient interviewing experience that respects you and your time — and to do it all with a sidecar of delight.
Once you submit an application, we’ll review it. If you’re a good fit, you’ll have an initial chat with a recruiter over the phone. A phone interview with a manager typically follows. Then we’ll schedule a Zoom call to meet other members of the team, answer any questions you have, and give you a feel for what it’s really like to work at ACG.
