This role will primarily support our Austin team in all things recruiting. The day to day:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic business objectives and develop recruiting strategies
  • Build and maintain pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship management
  • Own the candidate experience from initial screening through the offer to ensure candidate satisfaction
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company
  • Participate in special recruiting initiatives, such as local networking events and campus recruiting
  • Drive collaboration within the recruiting team to share best practices and improve the recruitment process

To qualify you will need:

  • At least 2+ years progressive software development recruiting experience, including sourcing and full life cycle; Microsoft .NET and Web Development recruiting preferred
  • Must have experience building effective candidate and hiring manager relationships
  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates; Greenhouse.io experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage priorities
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to recruit passive candidates and identify their motivations
  • Knowledge of visa categories in the US preferred
