We are looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our HR team. We are looking to add a Technical Recruiter to our HR team. This role will be responsible for the full life recruiting across all lines of business including Engineering, DevOps and FrontEnd.
If you were working for us today, you would be:
- Managing the full life cycle recruiting from sourcing, screening, candidate experience, negotiation and offers both highly technical non-technical roles
- Partnering with Managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics
- Acting as a consultant in hiring processes; compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc.
- Identifying, engaging, and securing top talent (both passive and active)
- Responsible for attracting and identifying candidates that strive to develop highly technical innovative products
- Developing sourcing strategies and researching methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates for each specific requisition
- Driving progress for creating a diverse workforce
- The search expert for functional areas by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing candidates
- Providing excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates
You may be a great fit for our team if you have:
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (with agency experience strongly preferred)
- Technical recruiting experience should include hiring Back End Engineers, Front End Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists
