Primary areas of responsibility

  • You don’t sweat the small stuff and handle changing priorities with ease

  • You build meaningful working relationships with your team, hiring managers and business leaders
  • You’re a leader and enjoy collaborating on projects and initiatives related to improving recruiting, our interviewing process and brand

Requirements

  • You have 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience 
  • You’ve recruited for a rapidly growing global tech start-up
  • You own recruiting across all departments; sales, marketing, professional services, customer success, operations, and technical
  • Your EQ is on point, you communicate effectively, and build rapport quickly
  • BONUS: If you have working knowledge of our ATS Greenhouse

Location

We are growing the Austin location to about 50 employees by the end of this year and we are looking for a brand-new office space in central Austin.
