Technical Sourcer, Core Engineering at Atlassian (Remote)
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our talented Talent Acquisition team. You will play a crucial role in hiring for software engineering positions across multiple fast-growing teams and products throughout our North America Core Engineering team..
Atlassian is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and our sourcing team is the strategic muscle that enables us to hire top talent, for the right roles at the right time. As a Technical Sourcer, you will own the identification and engagement of top tech talent through creative and unconventional means. You will drive recruiting best practice, candidate pipeline development strategy, and relationship management while closely partnering with our hiring community and technical recruiters.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have
- Sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team or a combination of both
- A data driven approach in measuring and reporting on your sourcing and outreach efforts
- Proven track record for successfully identifying and filling pipelines with exceptional candidates
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (We use Lever)
- The ability to work effectively in fast paced organizations where change is a constant, and a knack for finding creative ways to hit your targets
