We’re looking for a University Recruiter​ to join our People team and execute innovative university programs. We are looking for a hard-working, outgoing individual who strives for excellence and provides extraordinary service to internal and external clients.

In this role you will work closely with our Engineering organization on all aspects of our intern and new graduate hiring programs. You will introduce candidates to the RetailMeNot culture and ensure a smooth and positive recruiting experience for every candidate and internal client. In addition, you will help others on the Recruiting Team by owning professional roles outside of the university recruiting season.

We need someone to work on-site at our office in downtown in Austin, Texas. Apologies, we cannot consider remote candidates at this time.

Who You Are

  • You thrive recruiting in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and have a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • You are organized and have a fervent attention to detail, can prioritize and work well in an environment with contending demands
  • You possess a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency, and a friendly, pragmatic demeanor
  • You have experience using Lever or other applicant tracking system, as well as Workday (or other HRIS systems) and Google Apps
  • You are comfortable with approximately 40% travel during peak periods of the academic year
  • You have 3+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in an in­-house environment as well as a Bachelor’s Degree or have equivalent experience

What You'll Do

  • You will lead the University Recruiting Program which includes planning and logistics, sourcing, career fairs, on-campus interviews, on-site interviews, offer and closing process
  • You will design, implement and execute robust, creative, university-specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top university talent and achieve hiring goals (career fairs, information sessions, student organizations meetings, etc.)
  • You will plan, develop and execute on recruitment strategies for intern and new graduate recruitment; including department resource planning, requisition forecasting, school selection and engagement activities
  • You will collaborate with leaders to organize and staff university recruiting events as well as travel with members of the engineering and recruiting team to career fairs and other campus events
  • You will usher candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including scheduling technical exercises, on-campus and in-office interviews, arrange travel logistics
  • You will build and maintain long-term relationships at target universities with key faculty, professors, administration, and student organization
  • You will lead the 10-week Summer Internship Program which includes scheduling events for all participants (social and professional)
  • You will participate in the employer brand creation for the University program, including career fair materials, marketing pieces and other elements that build our employer value proposition
  • You will handle the program’s budget and budget forecasting
  • You will build rapport and effectively partner with business leaders and others outside the People organization
  • You will partner with our People Team on matters related to immigration, onboarding, etc.
  • You'll collect and present recruiting analysis to key partners
