We Are Hiring
The VP, Talent Strategy and Innovation Operations leads the operations of talent acquisition and onboarding to align with business needs and ensures talent placement contributes to strategic capability development Ascension-wide; Ensures strategic and operational plans, communications, and national programs are aligned and in partnership with the VP of Talent Strategy and the VP of Organizational Effectiveness. The VP, TSI Ops ensures programs are cost effective, timely and meet the evolving needs of the organization.
What You Will Do

  • Provides senior executive level human resources leadership to deploy talent strategies in support of achieving the Talent and Workforce Integration pillar of the Ascension Strategic Plan
  • Manages and directs all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to ensure an intentional focus on driving a personalized candidate experience.
  • Partners to execute hiring strategies for timely deployment of Ascension-wide programs and goals to achieve and accomplish internal and external recruitment objectives.
  • Creates uniform and transparent policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Monitors output for continuous operational improvements, including development of best practices for hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Provides insight based on current state outcomes to leaders, the talent vertical, and HR to ensure alignment and necessary adjustment of talent strategies within workforce planning to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Ensures there are processes and structures in place to deliver organizational performance outcomes on time, within budget and aligned to Ascension's Strategic Plan
  • Fosters a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity to drive the associate experience


What You Will Need
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.


Work Experience:

  • 7 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
