Workday HRIS Administrator
Q2 is seeking a Workday HRIS Administrator who will be responsible for the administration and ongoing maintenance of the HRIS (Workday) system, providing functional and technical support; update the system to meet end user needs, monitor end user usage and perform daily administrative tasks. The Workday HRIS Administrator is a super user responsible for ensuring the integrity of the HCM system and will have a focus on the compensation and pay planning modules.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain the Workday HCM, Performance and Advance Compensation; serve as functional and technical expert
Responsible for day-to-day HCM operations, including security access, administration and troubleshooting
Ensure data and system integrity as well as provide training to end users
Assist in the review, testing, validation and implementation of new modules and functionality
Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports and queries – both standard and custom
Research and resolve HCM problems, unexpected results and process flaws
Troubleshoot Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation
Ensure delivery of high-quality service to end users as well as HCM SOX control compliance
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in various Human Resource disciplines
5+ years previous experience with Workday or another HRIS system
Knowledge of HCM, Performance, Compensation and Pay Planning design, structure, functions and processes
Previous project management experience desirable
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter that possess a strong desire to seek optimal solutions and share discovery with colleagues
Personal confidence and a passion for customer service
Minimal travel
