We believe in providing people with everything they need to do their best work and are looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to guide our growing Austin Office. The Workplace Experience team is a key part of the organization and ensures that the company runs smoothly, employee perks are delivered thoughtfully, and office events happen flawlessly.

Our Workplace Experience Manager oversees day-to-day operation and a team of Workplace Assistants. You’ll ensure we are adhering to best practices and are set up to scale in a fast and efficient way. You are an Office Management pro who is collaborative, detail-oriented, personable, and not easily frazzled by a high-growth company.

What you’ll do:

  • Add to an amazing workplace environment that builds our vibrant culture
  • Keep our team focused, happy, productive, and growing the business
  • Provide support for day-to-day operations - inventory, supplies, light maintenance, office appearance upkeep
  • Manage and collaborate with team of Workplace Assistants - schedule, organize action, and prioritize tasks for the team
  • Create and maintain processes that keep office operations efficient and in top-notch shape
  • Partner with Food & Beverage Manager to run lunch, catering, and snack program
  • Run workplace ticketing system - answer, evaluate, prioritize, and assign incoming requests for assistance
  • Plan and execute company team onsite/offsite events and celebrations
  • Partner closely with Facilities Director – we’re growing fast, and are going to need to expand our office space

 What we’re looking for:

  • An up for anything attitude. Change is your only constant.
  • 3 years in office, hospitality, and/or project management in 400+ person workplace
  • People management experience
  • Experience with managing large department budgets and being fiscally responsible
  • Experience in a rapidly growing workforce
  • Proficiency with Google Apps, MS Office Suite, web conferencing
  • Ability to function independently and use good judgment to uphold our core values
  • Strong commitment to customer service, employee happiness, and company growth 

Education:

  • Although a bachelor’s degree is not specifically required, this position requires a business/office management background generally equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a business or administrative related field.

Location

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
