What You'll Do:
- System Support & Configuration: Support HRIS technical workflows, gather business requirements, assist with gap analysis, and execute configuration changes and system testing plans.
- Data Integration: Partner with IT to monitor and maintain system feeds, ensuring downstream applications remain aligned and accurate.
- Data Auditing: Conduct regular system audits across HCM data modules, including security, foundational setup, compensation, open enrollment, and performance management.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in training end-users on system functionality to ensure operational excellence.
- Troubleshooting: Provide root-cause analysis and timely resolution for system bugs, errors, and user issues in the production environment.
- Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with HR teams to build and maintain custom reports, basic dashboards, and data analytics to support business decision-making.
- Data Integrity: Ensure global data integrity by executing quality control strategies and monitoring standardized business processes.
- Technical Maintenance: Assist in updating system logic or queries based on functional specifications, technical design documents, or bug-tracking tickets.
- System Collaboration: Assist with day-to-day administration and system upgrades in partnership with the IT Business Applications team.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MIS, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience supporting HRIS systems (including ATS, Performance Management, LMS, or payroll modules); experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Visio, and SharePoint).
- Foundational knowledge of or exposure to XML and SQL programming languages.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with great attention to detail.
- Prior involvement or exposure to global HR technology projects and testing environments.
- Experience building basic metric dashboards and writing custom reports.
- Solid understanding of standard HR systems structure, data flows, and processes.
- Proven ability to maintain clear documentation for requirements, workflows, and testing results.
The estimated pay range for this role is $79,000 - $105,667
