As advocates for both our users and our business, Product Managers balance varied perspectives and empower their teams to do great work.About the Role:

The Staff Product Manager, Identity Resilience is responsible for end-to-end strategy and execution of Rubrik’s Identity Resilience offering, ensuring that customer’s identity providers and infrastructure are protected, resilient to cyber attacks, secured and compliant. This role is a unique opportunity to share the future of the identity market. You will partner closely with engineering, design sales, and Rubrik customers to validate the pervasive pain points, and bring to market a differentiated and market-leading solution to help address these problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for Identity Infrastructure Protection, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the development of security and protection features for the identity platforms such as Active Directory, EntraID, Okta, and connected Identity tools.
  • Drive adoption and engagement of identity resilience features, working closely with enterprise customers to understand their security pain points and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, marketing, and sales to ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals and customer needs
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, identity security best practices, and compliance frameworks 
  • Define key success metrics and use data-driven insights to make product decisions.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, serving as a subject matter expert in Identity Infrastructure Resilience.
 Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of product management experience building B2B enterprise SaaS products in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, DevOps, or data protection
  • Demonstrated ability to take products from 0-to-1 through product-market fit and manage the lifecycle through continuous iteration
  • Experience working directly with sales, marketing, and customers across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and positioning through launch, adoption, and expansion
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, you use metrics to prioritize, validate, and course-correct
  • Strong communicator who can influence both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering partners to executive stakeholders
  • Able to translate complex security and infrastructure concepts into clear product experiences and customer-facing narratives
  • Advantage if you have familiarity with enterprise identity infrastructure (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta) or consumer/workforce IAM platforms (Auth0, Entra External ID, Ping)

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, Seattle) Pay Range
$211,400$317,000 USD
