About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant at Agicap US, your key mission is to ensure new customers successfully adopt and gain value from Agicap, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
You will manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and effective adoption of Agicap to help them streamline cash management, treasury operations, payments, and financial visibility.

What you will do:

  • Customer-Centric Project Management
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, leading them through the end-to-end implementation journey.
    Define and communicate clear project plans, set expectations, next steps, deadlines, and deliverables.
    Deeply understand client objectives and challenges to tailor their onboarding and deliver ROI.
    Escalate critical cases to your manager with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
  • Product Expertise
  • Recommend and configure the optimal Agicap setup to fit each customer’s business outcomes.
    Partner with internal teams (tech, support and product) to ensure successful implementation. Share client feedback to help shape our product roadmap; participate in beta testing new features.
  • Training & Consultancy
  • Onboard and train users; become a trusted advisor.
    You’ll get hands-on with finance transformation for scaling US businesses much earlier than in traditional consulting or finance roles.
  • Adoption & Change Management
  • Champion adoption and customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT targets).
    Drive change management for CFOs & teams, and in our own processes.
    Identify value expansion opportunities through workflow maturity and deeper product adoption.
  • Process Excellence & Growth
  • Shape and improve our US processes, working with European peers and local leadership.
    Maintain up-to-date CRM records and report on your portfolio KPIs.
    Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product; share knowledge and own team improvement initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
  • 1+ years of experience in Tech, Finance&Accounting, Saas, Consulting or Customer-facing position
  • Strong project coordination, communication and organizational skills
  • Curious and highly collaborative with a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Eagerness to grow and have an impact in a high-growth, scale-up environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
  • A plus: technical aptitude, experience with CRM systems, data workflows, or digital integrations
