2021 Summer Intern - HR/Talent Acquisition

The Summer Internship Program is 12-weeks long (May 25th - August 13th) and all positions are paid hourly with an average work week of 40 hours. In addition to your daily work, you will be given the opportunity for weekly classroom trainings with Sr. Leadership, activities with other Q2 interns and the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team at the end of the program.
As an HR Intern, you will collaborate closely with a global team of Talent Acquisition professionals, internal partners/other stakeholders, and senior leadership. Your day-to-day exposure includes developing policies and procedures, providing and presenting analysis and recommendations for crucial issues that will drive the direction of our global and diverse talent acquisition strategy.
Potential projects could include:
• Develop a strategy and executable plan for the rollout of market specific diverse talent branding initiatives
• Develop an analysis of the implications, both qualitative and quantitative of building diverse teams in given global markets
• Develop recommendations for the centralization and deployment of a contingent workforce
• Develop new ideas on how to further enhance the candidate experience from application to hire in our global markets such as Bangalore, London and Sydney
• Provide analytical support and execute on data-driven projects
Required Skills:
Pursuing a Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or relevant field of study
Strong interpersonal skills, including good communication with the ability to present and articulate ideas in a precise and concise manner
Analytical mindset, with the ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks and adapt to changing business requirements
