Your mission

To further strengthen our unique position in the mobile shopping market, we are looking for a Sales Support Intern for our Austin office. We are one of the fastest growing SaaS companies globally. At Shopgate, you will be developing the start of our value chain together with the sales management team. You will be responsible for managing our CRM data ensuring its valid, standardized, and organized.

What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis

• Identify and provide a clear defined relationship of corporate hierarchies within our CRM
• Manage large data (standardize, verify, organize, clean, and enrich)
• Preparing reports and metrics based off of key findings
• Prepare and format mass CRM import/exports files
• Provide detailed daily status updates

Qualifications (recommended but not required)

• Experience with Salesforce
• Pursuing bachelors in MIS or related major
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
