Finance Intern, G&A
Unity Technologies is looking for an intern to join our Finance team and assist in building systems and reporting to give us insights into business drivers. As a finance intern at Unity Technologies, your goal will be to use data analysis to track key metrics, explore ways to enhance the reporting to our G&A business partners, and assist in building out key finance process improvements. You will play an integral role in shaping our thinking on the primary metrics that will drive value in the business. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership to instrument and analyze the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare actual and forecast financial data
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Prepare reports (scheduled and ad-hoc) in support of Senior Financial Analysts and the Senior Manager of G&A Financial Planning & Analysis
- Generate various financial analyses such as benefits cost analysis and headcount reporting
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent and returning to the degree program after the completion of the internship for at least one semester
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to translate the results of complex analysis into a simple and actionable explanation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and basic knowledge of business modeling and how to read financials
- Excellent knowledge of key financial systems and tools (Excel, Google Suite)
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
