Rooster Teeth Games is looking for an aspiring Games Publisher that can assist with various tasks in our department to join the team for our 10 week long Internship Program. You will be working with the Publishing team building and updating our IP portfolios and asset management, event planning and scheduling, research and critiques of game submissions, participation in our QA and testing groups.

*CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN COLLEGE RECEIVING CREDIT AND ABLE TO BE ONSITE TO QUALIFY - APPLICANTS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.*

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• R&D of marketing opportunities and events for our games
• Research and critique of games submissions
• Actively seek out titles to present for publishing to include board games
• Participate in feedback sessions that follow playtests by contributing opinions
• Assist with creating and updating our IP document folders
• Researching and executing special projects as assigned
• Daily Tasks: Check and update each IP’s POR (Point of Record)
• Check game submissions
• Researching special projects
• Execute assigned projects

Qualifications:

• Must be on-site in Austin, Texas office throughout internship
• Currently enrolled in college and taking the internship for course credit (You must provide a letter of verification)
• Entering or in the process of completing Junior or Senior level college courses in a related field
• Must be extremely detail oriented, task-driven, and able to complete work on time and with urgency in a more casual environment
• Have a sense of humor and be okay with the type of content that Rooster Teeth creates
• Strong knowledge of current trends within the Gaming Industry
• Passion for Video Games, Board Games and Interactive Media
