Iris Telehealth is looking for a hard-working and ambitious student who’s wants to leverage their college curriculum and apply their skills to Iris’ fast-paced, diverse marketing and sales projects. As Iris Telehealth’s Marketing Intern, you will report to our Marketing Specialist and work closely with the marketing and sales teams to assist in a broad range of projects and initiatives. These projects will range from social media coordination, copy-editing, collecting campaign performance data, maintaining marketing and sales team resources, and more. This is a unique opportunity where you will showcase your talents in nearly all aspects of marketing and have a direct impact on our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support sales and marketing functions through daily administrative tasks
- Own inventory management and sales-related shipping, including swag and materials needed for trade shows and conferences
- Help with marketing events, including 50+ conferences and trade shows
- Support content marketing efforts by proofreading as needed
- Assist social media management and interaction on all platforms
- Complete special projects as assigned and whatever is needed to get the job done
What You’ll Need
- Ability to juggle many tasks and prioritize them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong copy writing and editing skills
- Event marketing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and able to work within a fast past and ever-changing environment
- Familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Ability to commit 10-20 hours per week
Requirements
- Undergraduate students working towards a Bachelor's degree in their junior or senior year of study. Marketing, sales, business, journalism, or related major required
- Previous Marketing Intern experience preferred
- Especially strong references from former or current supervisors/teachers
