Overview of the role:
An exciting opportunity for this individual to gain knowledge working with the People and Culture team here at Kazoo! This role will help this individual gain experience in compensation and employment law, value and policy creation, research and data collection, and the opportunity to gain valuable HRIS experience along with building on basic HR best practices.
What you'll do:
- Assist in day-to-day HR functions as needed
- Assist with core values and policy implementation
- Data input and verification
- Creating behavior bonuses based on research and feedback
- Assist with distribution of materials

- Keen interest in honing research skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
