Global Traveler Integrated Marketing/Planning Internship

HomeAway offers an extensive selection of vacation rental homes that provide travelers with memorable experiences and benefits, especially more room to relax, for less than the cost of traditional hotel accommodations. The company also makes it easy for vacation rental owners and property managers to advertise their properties and manage bookings online. 

As a key contributor to the integrated traveler marketing team:

  • You will plan and develop key promotions such as our annual HomeAway for the Holidays sweepstakes.
  • You will build a marketing calendar of pop culture waves to inform content development across marketing channels including email, social media and experiential
  • You will support the integrated marketing team's efforts to design & execute targeted regional and national campaigns to drive website visits and bookings among key traveler segments
  • You will analyze campaign performance and conduct competitive analyses to figure out ways to continuously improve our programs
  • You will work cross-functionally with a wide array of internal and external partners including PR, Social Media, Ad Sales, Property Managers, Partner Marketing and Creative to name a few

Integrated Marketing

  • You will support the integrated marketing team's efforts to design & execute targeted regional and national campaigns.
  • You will analyze campaign performance and conduct competitive analyses to figure out ways to continuously improve our programs.
  • You will work cross-functionally with a wide array of internal and external partners including PR, Social Media, Ad Sales, Property Managers, Partner Marketing and Creative to name a few.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You bring creativity and a healthy measure of analytical acumen.
  • You are curious, highly organized and comfortable using data to inform decision making.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to learn by doing and be eager to offer new ideas and take novel approaches to solving problems.
  • You are experienced with Google Analytics, Basic HTML, and/or Design skills (Sketch/ Adobe Creative Suite).
