About:
The Real Chemistry Fellowship Program is a rotational program that will take 5 recent college graduates from diverse communities through a 14-month accelerated career development journey.
During this journey, each fellow will rotate on two teams within their chosen discipline. We seek to provide them with access and visibility across clients and brands within the organization while further honing specific skillsets through on-the-job training. Simultaneously, fellows will be provided a support team, inclusive of a manager and mentor, and the opportunity to accelerate both their personal and professional growth through monthly workshops and other opportunities.

Our Front End Engineers create dynamic web and digital software applications. A passion for creating clean, dynamic code using cutting edge tools and emerging technologies is essential to succeed in this highly visible opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria:
-Fall 2020 & Spring 2021 college graduates.
-A strong interest in a career in Technology or Digital Development.
-Live and/or relocate to NYC when offices reopen.
-Pursuing a Degree in a Technology or Engineering related field
-Legally permitted to work in the United States.
