We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Intern with top notch organizational skills and is passionate about making sure every candidate has a seamless and remarkable interview experience.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role interacts with multiple departments and allows you to truly experience life at one of Austin’s top startups.

Your Day to Day:

• Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and posting jobs to the company website and job boards
• Own all of the coordination surrounding candidate interviews (scheduling phone screens, on-site interviews, booking conference rooms, and making travel arrangements when necessary)
• Communicate interview details to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Initiating candidate background screens
• Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with and new hire orientation

This Job is for You if:

• College graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited college or University
• Basic/Intermediate computer skills, including the Google office suite
• Experience handling high volume requests and understanding the importance of prioritizing
• Strong follow-up skills; nothing falls through the cracks
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
