Sales Operations Intern

About Sales Operations:

Sales Operations is an exciting and changing field. Tasked with improving the effectiveness of the sales teams, the Sales Operations organization improves processes and systems while looking for strategic insights in all the data generated by the sales and marketing teams to help close more business. 

This team builds a foundation for the successes of the sales team to become more and more repeatable and scale the sales engine. Working with territory plans, headcount plans, quota coverage models the Sales Operations team continually executes many foundational tasks with great speed and precision.


  • Improve and maintain territory reporting views in SFDC
  • Maintain key SFDC fields and assess and improve processes with action plans for supporting these processes
  • Maintain and market segmentation efforts affecting GTM for Spredfast
  • Maintain CRM data quality through data projects and cleanup requests
  • Improve ongoing scalable processes to integrate with customer and prospect information inside CRM
  • Develop and run account hierarchy process to continually improve the account relationships in SFDC
  • Support sales software implementations, strategy, changes and maintenance


  • 1+ year experience in sales operations
  • Experience with SFDC
  • Broad-minded, with scrupulous attention to detail and desire for end-to-end ownership of deliverables
  • Passion for identifying the root cause of problems, and an ability to identify, propose, and recommend innovative solutions to diverse stakeholders
  • Proven record of maintaining a global perspective - seeing beyond current issues in order to understand downstream impacts of decisions and directions
  • Broad-minded, with scrupulous attention to detail and desire for end-to-end ownership of deliverables
  • Great project management and consultative skills
  • Able to work effectively on sometimes ambiguous data and constructs within a fast-changing environment, tight deadlines and priority changes
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with the ability of working with multiple cross functional teams
  • Based in Spredfast’s headquarters in Austin, TX
