Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Help Desk Specialist you will provide support for local and remote users. You will focus on the processing/completion of helpdesk tickets, customer service, and triaging of help desk calls, emails, and other correspondence and other tasks involved with the usage of a computer and network resources.

What You're Good At:

  • Triage helpdesk calls and escalate as needed
  • Assist with printing systems (MFPs & Desktop models)
  • Assist staff with integrated audio/visual solutions
  • Deploying new PCs/MacBook’s
  • Maintain IT inventory and stock
  • Organize and maintain inventory of frequently used items (USBs, mice, etc.)
  • Install and maintain user hardware and software systems
  • Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues on-site, via phone, remote access or email
  • Communicate with employees to diagnose and repair any issues that arise due to failing/failed software, hardware, or internet-based components
  • Communicate daily with supervisors to keep all relevant staff aware of existing and future projects you are involved with
  • Other projects as assigned by leadership
  • Provide timely status updates to customers and IT management

What You Contribute: 

  • 1-2 years Desktop Support Experience
  • Ability and Desire to learn and be taught
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Office365 Experience
  • CompTIA A+ Certification Preferred
  • Windows 10+ troubleshooting and setup experience
  • Mac OS, iOS, Android troubleshooting and setup experience
  • Strong background in PC repair and troubleshooting and remote support.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and telephone communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers alike to resolve technical issues
  • Maintain professional demeanor in all communications with employees and customers alike
  • Basic Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and networking services (DNS)
