Miro is looking for a responsive and energetic contracts administrator to join our legal team. This self-motivated individual should be comfortable working in a rapid-growth, fast paced environment and will be responsible for a wide array of administrative tasks related to day-to-day legal responsibilities, including ownership of the queue for all inbound and outbound contracts. This position will initially report directly to our Head of Legal. 

What you’ll do
  • Prepare contracts from a library of templates made available by the legal team
  • Review inbound and outbound contract submissions, including redlines within documents and route to the appropriate contract review queue
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements as related to contract review
  • Respond to client requests for legal related information regarding contracts, privacy and compliance issues
  • Help maintain and ensure internal adherence by inter-company departments to our organized system of tracking and storing all contracts
  • Assist with the development of processes, strategies and workflows related to the contract administration process
  • Become a power user of IT tools used by Legal to assist with administration of legal initiatives
  • Coordinate schedules and schedule calls related to contract matters
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required or 4+ years of experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Contract Management or as a Paralegal
  • Experience in performing contract administration duties including reviewing and processing new contracts and contract redlines
  • Must be highly responsive to every request received in the legal administration queue
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, be detail oriented, and be able to manage priorities
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SFDC, Contracts management systems
  • Understanding of business and legal terms related to contract/sourcing matters
  • Analytical and contract negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with various departments
  • Ability to plan, organize and carry out multiple related activities simultaneously with an appropriate sense of urgency
