Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Own, achieve/exceed annual sales targets within assigned client base
● Collaborate with multiple departments on strategic GTM plans to reach “on target” goals
● Lead a team of “hunter & farmer” based business development executives
● Recruit, develop & mentor team members to accentuate and refine their overall team’s skill set to achieve month to month sales quota
● Identify and strategically plan to maximize market share within customer and product whitespace
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting C-level client relationships
● Promote a culture of service, sales excellence, and goal attainment
● Accurately forecast business month over month and manage and coach short & long term deal cycles with business development executives
Role-Specific Skills and Competencies
● 5+ years of proven sales management experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a SaaS business
● Strategic sales / management style to coach and assist with sales opportunities within a multi-tiered C-level environment
● Experience in technology sales or sales management within the restaurant / hospitality industry with developed relationships is a plus
● Understanding of restaurant operations and how to position our enterprise solutions effectively is required
● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively motivating team members
● In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and how to apply them
● Proven ability to drive organizational change
● Energetic, creative, organized, and self-motivated
● Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors and motivate sales teams to effectively sell a portfolio of solutions
● Expert level experience in negotiating with, and meeting, client requirements
● Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches utilizing sales performance metrics and other analytic resources
● 4-year college degree preferred
