What You Will Experience in This Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Content Lead to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple marketing workstreams, and can help bring structure and efficiency to cross-functional marketing efforts.

The Marketing Content Lead will play a key role in developing product collateral, supporting go-to-market campaigns, optimizing website and SEO performance, and managing our presence at industry and OEM events. This position requires strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote creative and content teams.

A significant portion of this role (approximately 60%) will focus on event planning and execution, ensuring the company maintains a professional, polished, and impactful presence at industry engagements.

 Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of product marketing collateral
  • Support go-to-market initiatives through content planning and execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to develop high-quality marketing content
  • Create and manage a scalable process for internal teams to request marketing support
  • Develop and maintain the company’s social media content calendar
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve SEO performance
  • Coordinate with writers, designers, and external contributors to ensure timely project delivery
  • Manage the company’s participation in industry and OEM events, including logistics, materials, branding, and onsite preparedness
  • Ensure marketing deliverables maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Help improve operational efficiency across multiple marketing workstreams

 You have:

  • Experience in marketing, content strategy, or content management
  • Strong editing and content creation skills
  • Experience managing blogs, websites, or digital content platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and contributors
  • Experience creating clear creative briefs and work requests
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

 Nice to haves:

  • Experience working with remote content or creative teams
  • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to contributors
  • Proven ability to manage recurring deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Event marketing or tradeshow coordination experience
