About the role
We are scaling our global marketing engine by moving from manual production to AI-native operations. This role acts as the technical bridge between our global AI strategy and Campaign Ops execution. You will build workflows that automate the campaign production lifecycle-from intake to Marketo deployment-turning a high-volume ticket queue into an automated, agent-led production environment.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy autonomous agents using Cloudflare Workers and Gemini to automate routine campaign tasks like production, QA, and lead routing
- Partner with the AI Project Manager to turn conceptual roadmaps into functional, "human-in-the-loop" tools that increase team throughput
- Spend a portion of your time embedded in the MOPs campaign queue to identify repetitive friction points and design the automation to eliminate them
- Act as a technical liaison to IT and Engineering teams; you will diagnose root causes for Marketo and data flow issues and provide architectural requirements for central teams to execute
- Build the logic for API-based automation that streamlines how campaign data move from intake forms into Marketo program templates
- Manage data pipelines and hygiene scripts to ensure GTM data is structured and ready for predictive AI modeling
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Marketing Operations or RevOps, specifically in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Deep functional expertise in Marketo (Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner required) and Salesforce CRM (Objects and API structures) to effectively collaborate with central admins
- Hands-on experience building or operationalizing LLM-based solutions (Gemini) within marketing workflows
- Strong technical skills in TypeScript/JavaScript (for Cloudflare) and Python (for data and AI integration)
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau to interpret data and build requirements for reporting infrastructure
- A clear ability to translate operational pain points into technical requirements for cross-functional partners
- A "Builder" mindset-you view repetitive manual tasks as bugs that should be solved with code.
Nice to Have
- Adobe Certified Master - Adobe Marketo Engage Architect or Salesforce Certified Architect
- Experience with edge computing or middleware platforms like Cloudflare, Workato, or Zapier
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
