The Bold Team is seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing Strategist to join our growth marketing team in Austin. The focus of this role is to create, manage, and execute account-based marketing programs in partnership with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline volume and velocity. This role will collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, and sales to develop, launch, and run 1:1 and 1:few marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and to measure their impact on revenue generation and customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in tech, with amazing written communication skills and the ability to ensure complex digital programs are tracking to revenue outcomes.

Here’s what you will do

  • Develop and implement target account strategies to support account-based selling
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with product/solution marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training and content
  • Design & execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
  • Complete end-to-end coordination and management of account-based marketing programs including planning, promotion, execution, optimization, and reporting for programs
  • Plan and execute account-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels (content syndication, advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars, etc) 
  • Write and produce landing pages, email assets, ad copy and webinar content to support the execution of campaigns
  • Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment and execution 
  • Understand the buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle
  • Assist in other content creation including sales sheets, ebooks, etc.

Here’s what we need from you

  • Desire to get shit done 
  • Belief in our core values 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role - Please include an example of an Account-Based Marketing Campaign you have built
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Creative Writing or Journalism preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and marketing automation solutions (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or others)
  • Experience using ABM platforms (Terminus, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Experience in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously 
  • Awareness and understanding of account-based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other skills that will get you far

  • Sales experience or experience working with enterprise level sales teams
  • Experience working with ecommerce technology
