In this capacity, you'll be like an Ad Trafficker General, coordinating the movement of ideas, creative projects, advertisements, and all associated paperwork with account managers, creative artists, and other advertising agency personnel like a tactical mastermind with troops.
We want somebody who dreams in ad campaigns, who can assess delivery and performance and make necessary adjustments with their arms tied behind their back, while dangling above a tank filled with sharks. JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee several ad servers of a multi-faceted media publisher that serves outdoor, display, video, and mobile advertisements to 30 million-plus monthly unique users.Assist trafficking team with ad campaign fulfillment, which includes collecting creative and tracking tags, trafficking/troubleshooting creative assets and conducting daily reviews of active campaigns with account management team.Assist account management team and sales on any custom and/or rich media advertising executions.Assist communication between clients and design team with custom creative creation.Assist the account management team with pre-sale RFP completions including inventory availability/forecasting with some strategy input.Interface with Director of Advertising Operations, Product Team, Sales Team and Brand Strategy to reconcile campaign and product initiatives.Keep on top of advertising industry standards and changes and report back to team.Monitor advertisements across Chive Media Group sites and report on any issues that could affect user experience or fulfillment.
REQUIREMENTS
Necessary: Ad ops experience with various types of ad servers such as DFP, AppNexus and MoPub, and measurement software such as Google Analytics, Comscore, or similar.Necessary: Experience with Digital Out of Home AdvertisingExceptionally necessary: A deep understanding of online advertising, best practices, and experience across strategy, reporting, analytics, and sales support.Cherry on top: Experience with Operative One and Photoshop.Must be interested in being the administrator and lead for various digital products and platforms.
