As a part of our Marketing team you will drive the marketing strategies and implement tools that drive optimal business outcomes.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will: 

• Manage the day-to-day activities of our affiliate program. Primarily focused on affiliate recruitment, activation, policy compliance, and relationship management. 
• Develop a long-term strategy that will position Spreetail as a leader retailer in affiliates. 
• Negotiate terms and conditions as well as commissions with new and existing affiliates when needed. 
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenue and ROI. 
• Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates have access to marketing tools, network tools, and any other reporting or information they need to succeed. 
• Work with merchandising team to discover the right promotions at the right time. Create and maintain an affiliate promotional calendar, source exclusive promotions for VIP affiliate partners, manage sale/clearance campaigns, and communicate them to the appropriate affiliate partners.
