ABOUT THIS POSITION

As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the growth and day-to-day management of Aceable’s Affiliate Marketing & Ambassador Programs. 

Your duties will include managing affiliate, ambassador, influencer outreach and Aceable’s affiliate platforms. You will lead the affiliate marketing strategy for Aceable and be responsible for scaling our programs. You will strategize and manage campaigns designed to scale and optimize our affiliate marketing efforts. You will focus on marketing initiatives, analytics, and strategy. As a member of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization including but not limited to Vertical General Manager, Product Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, SEO, Business Intelligence, and Finance.

ABOUT THE MARKETING TEAM

The Aceable Marketing Team is a talented group of digital and performance marketers with expertise in search, revenue optimization, marketing analytics and product marketing.  We are data driven, collaborative and love being a major contributor to the growth of Aceable. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own all new and existing affiliate and influencer partnerships across all Aceable verticals
• Scale new and existing affiliate relationships to increase customer acquisition and maximize ROI
• Manage internal Aceable affiliate marketing systems 
• Manage third-party affiliate and influencer marketing platforms such as Commision Junction, Groupon, and Ambassador
• Develop, implement, test, and scale affiliate, ambassador, and influencer marketing campaigns across channels, including regular optimization of creative and channel effectiveness

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience 
• Experience managing affiliate marketing budgets in excess of of $5M+ annually and driving performance
• Deep understanding of strategic SEO affiliates and relationship building within the category
• Experience managing and working with social influencers
• Experience with affiliate management platforms and networks like CJ Affiliate, Tapfiliate, ShareASale, and more
• Demonstrated success running and scaling affiliate programs in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for outreach and relationship-building
• Creativity in ideating new influencer and affiliate campaigns
