Job Summary

The Associate, (Digital) Media Activation is the day‐to‐day point person on Programmatic Media for various accounts within the Health/Wellness/Pharma industry. This individual has responsibility for developing, activating and managing digital media to meet client goals. They are a Digital native, curious about unique emerging opportunities and prepared to provide a point‐of‐view, recommendation, and optimization recommendations based on campaign performance and best practices. This role is a key touch-point to stakeholders across the organization for day to day management and support, as well as information and updates on the campaigns in-flight across multiple DSP’s. This role is an individual contributor, with knowledge of programmatic media, hands-on-keyboard trading and managing of long-term campaigns that meet client expectations. 

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Advertising, Marketing

• 1-3 years of paid media experience and enthusiastic to learn and grow career in Digital

• Experience leveraging data for audience planning

• Experience within DSPs and managing bid-based media

• Hands on keyboard, trading experience within DSP’s

• Knowledge of ad tech, ad verification, DMP’s, DSP’s, SSP’s, CDP’s, etc.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, etc.

• Experience with analyzing data, highlighting trends, and recommending optimizations based on those findings.

• Aptitude for mathematical concepts, analytical 

• Avid explorer and user of multi-digital vehicles; knowledge of the relationship opportunities between on‐and‐offline media.

• Able to understand application of, use of industry tools such as (DDS/Prisma, ComScore, Nielsen, AdViews, eMarketer, etc).
