The Role:

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager, you will develop & lead go-to-market strategies and plans to drive successful product adoption and revenue growth. You will work closely with our product team to synthesize customer research, competitive intelligence, and market trends to deliver compelling messaging and positioning for PLANOLY products. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will identify personas, use cases and pain points to develop relevant product content. Working in a high growth, agile environment, the right candidate will show a strong ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed execution level.



What You’ll Do:

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches with comprehensive execution plans, integrated timelines, and target goals for the organization across product, marketing, design, and CS
  • Conduct user, competitive, and market research (both qualitative and quantitative) in order to champion the customer experience, define business opportunities and influence the product roadmap
  • Collect information to build the value prop for new products & features launching + provide supporting proof points
  • Partner with marketing and design leads to create product collateral, website copy, and thought leadership content in order to drive customer acquisition and product adoption 
  • Support PR efforts by lending product knowledge and positioning for awards, speaking submissions, and other media needs
  • Measure and report on performance to enhance team intelligence and identify new areas of opportunity

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 1 year of work experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles. 
  • Structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communicator that is able to simplify complex topics internally and externally
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to form close partnerships across the organization to communicate effectively, gain alignment, and drive execution
  • Understands and is able to manage product release cycles with focus on delivering relevant customer and stakeholder communication
  • Understands and can articulate current personas and connects the dots for how personas impact value propositions and GTM plans
  • Proven track record of increasing product market share through well-executed marketing and successful delivery of go-to-market activities
  • Analytical – can find meaning in numbers, and be a data-driven decision-maker
