AffiniPay is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be heavily involved in launching new products and features to our customer base.
This is a “roll up your sleeves” role where you have the opportunity to quickly define, implement and measure marketing programs at a rapidly growing company. We are passionate about providing payment solutions that professionals love, and this role will be integral to providing the experience, content, and tips that our customers need to drive their success.
We’re looking for someone who can own go-to-market strategy for product launches, from developing marketing timelines to assisting with beta execution, to following up on target goals and adoption rates. An ideal candidate is also someone who can collaborate across multiple teams, including Sales, Product, Client Success, and more.
Your day-to-day:
AffiniPay is looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be heavily involved in launching new products and features to our customer base.

We’re looking for someone who can own go-to-market strategy for product launches, from developing marketing timelines to assisting with beta execution, to following up on target goals and adoption rates. An ideal candidate is also someone who can collaborate across multiple teams, including Sales, Product, Client Success, and more.
Your day-to-day:
- Work closely with Product Management to understand the product roadmap and customer needs
- Design product-focused, go-to-market campaigns targeted at our existing customer base, with an emphasis on education and growing feature usage
- Assist in defining testing cohorts and managing them for phased feature releases
- Collaborate with Creative, PR, Digital Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Operations teams to develop compelling content for our marketing programs across various channels
- Define, track and report on marketing program critical metrics to determine the impact on improving customer product feature adoption and engagement
- Build and present marketing summaries to key partners
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience collaborating with Product teams and launching new features to customers
- Familiarity with multiple marketing channels and content types (e.g., Email Marketing, Demand Generation, Social Media)
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau)
- Ability to collaborate and build strong cross-functional relationships with a variety of partners (e.g., Product Managers, Creative Services, Operations)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus
- Google Analytics experience a plus
