We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer to join our B2B team and be a key part of our retail & brand partnership growth. As the Manager, B2B Marketing you will partner across the RetailMeNot organization and help interpret growth initiatives into meaningful messages for Retail & Brand Solutions (RBS) team to use in market. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of sales collateral, performance tracking, and lead generation. You are a self-starter with expertise in building strategic B2B sales collateral and love the idea of partnering directly with our RBS team to ensure they have the right materials to promote our products to retail and brand customers. You will be on a small, but fun and experienced B2B team that supports relationship-building events, marketing campaigns and advertising, as well as sales enablement creation.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+years of broad B2B marketing experience including account-based marketing tactics and lead gen campaigns
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • You have experience utilizing marketing automation software (preferably Pardot) and proficient in Salesforce
  • You have strong analytical and technical skills and love to deliver results
  • You have impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as well as excellent communication skills and experience communicating with all levels of the organization
  • You have the ability to work in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects with tight deadlines, especially during key seasonal periods
  • You are passionate about opportunities to translate data into storytelling opportunities

What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute B2B marketing campaigns with a focus on deepening relationships with existing partners
  • Own and manage B2B marketing lead generation and automation
  • Handle the overall consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and visual design of external materials including the master pitch presentation
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing teams to identify and build collateral and promotion opportunities for new and existing partners
  • Perform ongoing reporting updates in support of all B2B marketing initiatives, including collateral distribution
