A Cloud Guru is looking for a process-oriented, data-driven, Marketing Operations Manager, B2C Subscriptions to join our growing team. As the Marketing Operations Manager, B2C Subscriptions you will be the go-to for all things related to B2C marketing processes, data, and subscription funnel (free-to-paid) optimization best-practices. You will work closely with the B2C marketing and product teams as a strategic and tactical partner to support and drive B2C revenue growth by executing campaigns/programs, driving clarity through data analysis and performance in an efficient scalable manner.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, B2C Subscriptions at ACG, you’ll get to:
- Partner with the B2C Marketing and Product teams to define, implement, and maintain our B2C conversion funnels (free-to-paid, free trial, trial-to-paid).
- Partner with B2C Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance teams to define, build, and maintain marketing’s B2C analytical framework.
- Collaborate with B2C Marketing and Product to build mechanisms that encourage conversions from free-to-paid subscriptions via on-boarding, nurturing, and/or scoring.
- Work to identify issues in advance, proactively propose solutions, work cross functionally on a solution, and project manage to completion
- Actively add value in creative ideation to make Marketing’s application of technology a strategic advantage (data collection, progressive profiling, segmentation, targeting, nurture/warming, scoring).
- Build and maintain a repository of documented B2C Marketing processes and become the subject matter expert.
- Integrate and maintain the integrity of the B2C Marketing tech stack to ensure seamless, consistent, data flow within and between programs.
- Work cross-functionally with the business applications team to troubleshoot leaky processes and/or integrations to prevent process failure and/or data loss.
- Be a subject-matter expert in B2C best practices as it relates to data hygiene, GDPR, CCPA.
What you bring to the table

- 5+ years experience in an operational role as it relates to B2C subscription processes and analytics
- 3+ years of marketing technology experience (preferably SaaS)
- 3+ years experience in a technology environment working with a B2C free-to-paid/trial-to-paid subscription model (ex. Skillshare, Spotify, Hulu)
- Demonstrated proficiency using Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce
- Familiar with digital tracking software and best-practices
- Working knowledge of subscription management software
- Excellent communication skills especially across a collaborative, cross-team, cross-cultural capacity. This role requires you to work across all levels of the organization
- Preference for a four-year degree

Once you submit an application, we’ll review it. If you’re a good fit, you’ll have an initial chat with a recruiter over the phone. A phone interview with a manager typically follows. Depending on your role, you might then be asked to do a little homework (but nothing too time consuming). Then we’ll schedule a Zoom call to meet other members of the team, answer any questions you have, and give you a feel for what it’s really like to work at ACG.
