Brand Marketing Manager - RxSaver
We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to play a critical role in the growth of RxSaver by RetailMeNot. This role requires a curious and enterprising marketer who has a passion for consumer marketing, is highly organized, and has the technical knowledge to achieve business objectives across a mix of online and offline channels.
This role will work collaboratively with marketing peers and cross-functional teams to deliver business results via a combination of high-level strategy and day-to-day process management.
Who You Are:
- You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business
- You have 5-7 years of experience managing consumer-focused marketing campaigns and creative development. Healthcare vertical experience a plus
- You have strong project management, communication, and interpersonal/influencing skills
- You have the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to senior leaders
- You have experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience working with creative teams to produce extraordinary marketing campaigns, from concept to brief to consumer-facing launch
- You have proven experience successfully using owned and earned media to grow brand awareness and product adoption
- Experience managing print, digital, and broadcast media production
- Healthcare or medical industry experience is a plus, but not required.
What You'll Do:
- You will work closely with internal design and channel teams to develop and document RxSaver brand standards, best practices and visual identity to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all marketing channels
- You will write briefs to guide creative development; partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure work is on-brief and meets RxSaver’s strategic goals
- You will develop and execute multiple marketing initiatives from concept phase to launch, working closely with internal and external marketing, design, legal, and product teams to bring concepts to final execution
- Leverage consumer research and analytics to develop a robust understanding of RxSaver user, and be the voice of this consumer throughout the broader organization
- Develop and implement a consumer learning roadmap to inform RxSaver’s customer and brand strategies
- Collaborate and communicate as part of the broader marketing team regarding deadlines, deliverables, budgets and presentations; serve as main RxSaver point of contact for internal design, PR, customer care, media teams
- Monitor category trends and competitor activity
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts, particularly creative, consumer research, print, and media partners
