Chive Media Group is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager whose responsible for placing online advertising campaigns, managing advertiser and agency relationships and working closely with Sales/Planning/Brand Strategy and other internal teams to execute plans accordingly.

The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for 100% campaign fulfillment consisting of order implementation, reporting for social, editorials, display, video, etc., campaign revisions, creative fulfillment, account reconciliation and billing.

The Digital Campaign Manager will provide feedback in making campaign adjustments for maximum effectiveness, and monitoring campaign delivery, click-through rates and performance. The goal of this position is to provide the sales teams with strategic suggestions to maximize results for advertiser’s campaigns as well as provide the tools to reps to mitigate account churn.

The Digital Campaign Manager will also assists in the accomplishment of departmental and company objectives by performing other related duties as assigned.

Job Description:

  • Timely delivery of detailed campaign performance reports with strategic analysis and optimization recommendations.
  • Organize necessary client calls and email in gathering client IOs, creative assets, billing information and any other pertinent information needed in the fulfillment of a client's campaign.
  • Monitors campaigns for 100% fulfillment based on client IO.
  • Works with the Ad Operations team to make sure that online ads tested successfully before campaign begins.
  • Provides excellent service to internal and external customers by courteously and effectively fulfilling requests, addressing concerns and solving problems in a timely, professional manner.
  • Produce custom reporting to easily and effectively show campaign success for continued retention.
  • Work within various ad servers and advertising platforms to successfully implement campaigns, upload and test creative, build reports, etc.
  • Assist in building proposals in line with customer goals and KPIs.
  • Coordinate creative fulfillment and IOs in working directly with advertisers, sales and central ad ops team.
  • Troubleshoot invoicing/reconciliation with direct and 3rd party delivery metrics.
  • Work with Accounting team for account related needs in setting up accounts, establishing credit, providing invoice, etc.
  • Primary point of contact posa sale for any campaign that comes through the Sales team for media fulfillment.
  • Reviewing campaign IO prior to reaching Closed Won to ensure goals are achievable within the time frame allotted.
  • Ensure that the order is properly input into Operative.One, this includes the naming conventions, all line items accounted for, proper CPM values, date, etc.
  • Ensuring that we are able to track third party data by linking up with their DCM account or gaining access to the agencies tracking partner such as Sizmek.
  • Working with the advertisers agency to collect all the appropriate tags and raw assets that correlate with the IO and the specific products running within. This can extend to creating custom units through our creative partners and ad unit testing.
  • Working through any creative issues, such as faulty scripts or improper creative sizing that need to be remedied. It is the job of the Campaign Manager to provide all the correct assets to the Trafficker and to update them if something has changed.
  • Providing any necessary inventory metrics to the sales team or other parties, utilizing our host of ad servers and analytics platforms.
  • Making sure that all sponsorship opportunities run as planned consisting of Studio, Editorial, Takeovers and High Impact media.
  • The most important aspect of the Campaign Manager job is to ensure full delivery of each campaign.

  • Experience in the following a plus. Ability to learn and understand the following software and processes are critical for this role: Digital ad servers for video, standard media and content. E.g DFP, DCM, Mopub, AppNexus, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Operative.
