The Campaign Marketing Senior Specialist will oversee all aspects of our marketing programs that drive interest in Mitratech’s solutions. This includes designing the campaign flow, project managing the tactic creation, and analyzing results for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should be able to move fast and think creatively as they bring campaigns from concept to execution, with a passion for collaboration, experimentation, and data-driven analysis in their approach to B2B marketing. We are seeking a goal-oriented marketing professional with experience implementing integrated marketing programs with proven results. This role works closely with our entire Marketing Team across a wide variety of tactics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing programs that generate MQLs, generate and influence pipeline, and drive new customer acquisition and new business with existing customers.
  • Work closely with a variety of teams to meet deadlines for individual tactics, including: outbound emails, landing pages, event communications, account-based marketing tactics, display ads, webinars, and direct mail.
  • Proactively analyze and communicate campaign performance to marketing, including optimization recommendations to increase results for future campaigns.
  • Own the inbox experience across all segments, ensuring an optimal user experience for prospects and clients.
  • Implements segmentation strategies and targeting practices in order achieve optimal campaign results.
  • Refines segmentation criteria to improve effectiveness of strategies and reach business goals.
  • Manage the campaign calendar, proactively communicate upcoming campaigns to relevant sales teams, and incorporate their feedback into program improvements.
  • Understand pipeline mix, acquisition target status, and identify lead/demand generation remediation plan as needed.
  • Engage and manage outside vendors as necessary to contribute to program goals.
  • Manage and balance monthly marketing program budget as it relates to demand generation programs.
  • Utilize SalesForce.com and Marketo to determine program/campaign ROI.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of technology marketing experience, ideally in B2B software.
  • Track record of driving measurable success through marketing campaign creation and management
  • Goal-oriented towards key metrics including pipeline impact.
  • Experience using email marketing systems.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to problem-solve in order to drive new business.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly with colleagues at home office.
  • Ability to use quantitative data to inform tactical campaign plans.

Education:                         

  • Degree in Marketing or related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications preferred.
