Your Impact

DISCO is looking for a talented and seasoned Channel Marketing Manager to drive channel growth and build upon our solid brand awareness.  The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of partner marketing initiatives and sales motions - both internally and for customer facing use cases.  Work with the VP of Marketing, channel leadership, and customers to design, develop, and execute channel marketing needs.  Help develop regional and in‐field tools for partners, including co-branded materials, tear sheets, and thought leadership initiatives. Work collaboratively with channel management, channel partners, channel sales team, the local marketing teams, the local sales teams and the marketing team at headquarters to support and accelerate all channel activities on a global basis.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, design, implement, and measure marketing outputs designed for channel partners of all levels, including system integrators. Build successful engagements that encourage channel partners to sell DISCO products ahead of competitive offerings  
  • Develop campaigns to recruit new channel partners into the program 
  • Create specialization tracks (e.g. partner footprint, vertical, market segment) consistent with the current go‐to‐market model, and promote these tracks to new or existing channel partners 
  • Create partner‐ready demand creation programs designed to drive new opportunities into the pipeline 
  • Assist in delivering partner learning modules via DISCO University for upcoming product launches or releases, and promote various DISCO product certification levels to partners and their customers 
  • Develop supplier‐to‐partner marketing programs to raise awareness and mindshare for supplier channel initiatives 
  • Identify and develop effective marketing and sales collateral – using both internal and agency resources – for use on the website and in campaigns 
  • Drive and monitor execution of all channel‐marketing, working closely with partners as well as internal channel, marketing, sales, and business development teams.  
  • Analyze program results and make recommendations for future improvements, along with other duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • Experienced. You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or in a related field, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in channel marketing/channel program management.  
  • Channel partner marketing savvy. Solid understanding of channel marketing programs, especially those aimed at increasing channel sell‐through, and with demonstrated ability to help achieve success by leveraging products and services into both physical and digital programs and experiences.  Deep experience working with channel partners. Channel‐oriented sales experience in the technology industry is a plus.
  • Performer. Proven success in managing multiple projects.   Able to adapt to change and multi‐program coverage.   
  • Ability to multi‐task and communicate exceedingly well.   
  • Innovator. Strong technology marketing background with a history of innovation and success at fast‐growing technology companies.   
  • Organized and Results Oriented. Solid project management skills and performance measurement acumen required. 
  • Service Mindset. Knowledge of partners, how they think, why they act, and how to help them be successful. You  can anticipate their needs to ensure their success and engagement with DISCO. Consultative and responsive.   
  • Energy and creativity.  Ability to think out of the box and engage people. Ability to create new ideas for marketing programs and help individual sales reps strategize and deliver on their number.   
  • Passion and Conviction. Smart, creative thinking with an understanding of how marketing and sales relate to create compelling partner experiences.  

Even Better If You Have…

  • Have experience marketing a SaaS enterprise (B2B) software platform.   
  • Have worked in the legal technology industry or marketed to decision makers at law firms or within corporate law departments.
  • Have an MBA
