Healthline Media’s social team is an enthusiastic, cross-functional, creative team of people who bring content to life across all major social platforms. The social team plays a critical role in driving brand awareness and fostering engaged communities across multiple platforms and verticals.

As our Associate Social Community Manager, you will help support the efforts of scaling and managing Bezzy accounts across several social platforms. You are social savvy with experience growing and engaging with communities on social media. You have an eye for share-worthy and compelling content and understand the tricks of the trade when it comes to social.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage relationships with community guides, influencers and patient advocate community
    • Monthly team meetings to share out community performance and insights
    • Monthly live chat analysis to improve performance
    • Managing guide live chat calendars
    • Collect guide feedback, bugs, and other product issues and either troubleshooting or forwarding to the appropriate team members on the product team
    • Train Guides on new product features/updates as they come so that they can properly use the app and communicate the changes to members
  • Pilot a Bezzy ambassador program, build long-term relationships with the community guides
  • Collaborate with the Bezzy editorial and special projects team to understand top-performing editorial content to inform guide strategy promotion of key initiatives, awareness months, etc. 
  • Support Bezzy’s social content calendar by scheduling content, writing captions, and creating assets where needed
  • Support community management across social platforms i.e. responding to comments, DMs, engaging in threads
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to launch platform-specific content programming & campaigns that help build brand and engagement 
  • Collaborate with social managers to test and implement new social growth strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with Design to create optimized social assets and templates
  • Participate in cross-functional brainstorm meetings and help drive Social as a strategic lever for brand building
  • Collaborate with social managers to conceptualize and execute social activations
  • Support social reporting for Bezzy brands with direction from social managers
  • Film and edit casual video for Instagram and TikTok on an as-assigned basis 

What We're Looking For:


  • 2-4 years experience managing community and marketing channel
  • Strong understanding of programming campaigns across different platforms to maximize engagement and reach, and how to repurpose content across platforms in efficient ways
  • A passion for social media, research and community building across marketing channels
  • Community-driven brands and UGC content experience a plus
  • Experience working in health & wellness and/or chronic condition space a plus
  • Comfortable navigating the ins and outs of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok
  • Proven talent for wordsmithing and evoking emotion and humanity through content
  • Ability to internalize and convey brand-appropriate tone and voice in writing
  • Strong commitment to quality and brand messaging
  • Adept at working cross-functionally with other teams
  • Self-starter who is ready to take initiative and dive right in
  • Stellar organizational and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail
