As Community Consultant, you will serve as a member of Personify’s Small World Community team. This role serves as advisor and thought leader for clients using the Small World Community platform. The Community Consultant helps our customers effectively deploy, operate and promote their online community so that it achieves their organization’s goals.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Recommend and implement strategy, marketing, messaging, social media, and community platform configurations based on these goals

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Deliver monthly and/or quarterly reports detailing community usage and momentum

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Coordinate with clients and 3rd party teams, lead status meetings with a high attention to detail, and clearly communicate action items

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Become an expert with our online community platform 

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Deliver skill-building remote training for both community management and our software

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Verify and prioritize reported client issues with our support team 

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Manage projects, project schedules, pace, input sessions, and milestones

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·      <!--[endif]-->Assist with ongoing community engagement activities such as multi-channel and social media promotion, content editing and development, driving participation, and measuring results

Qualifications

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·     <!--[endif]-->Undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree is a plus

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·     <!--[endif]-->Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting, marketing, or community management roles

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·     <!--[endif]-->Strong communication, grammar, and presentation skills (written and verbal)

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·     <!--[endif]-->Exceptional time and priority management. A service-oriented and positive attitude

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·     <!--[endif]-->Experience working with non-profits or associations is preferred

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·     <!--[endif]-->Project management skills, including identifying risks, setting expectations, and delivering a solution on schedule

<!-- [if !supportLists]-->·     <!--[endif]-->Working knowledge of, or an eagerness to learn, basic image, HTML, and CSS editing
