Rooster Teeth is looking for a Community Manager to support the company’s online community channels, foster relationships with community members and external community groups , promote our brand, and keep a pulse on what’s going on in our global fanbase. The ideal candidate must understand and be passionate about our amazing community and all things Rooster Teeth. This position reports to the Director of Social and Community Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community daily on the Rooster Teeth site and social media platforms
• Roll out and introduce new Community platform features
• Utilize platform tools to foster community growth and conversation around programming, personalities, events, new products, topics of interest, etc.
• Engage with Rooster Teeth talent daily to ensure active engagement and participation in all things Rooster Teeth
• Be the eyes and ears of the company within the community and regularly report on trends, feedback, areas of happiness or concern, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online community management in a passion-based digital business, ideally in online gaming or digital media/entertainment
• Must have extremely strong knowledge of Rooster Teeth channels, shows, history, culture, and voice
• Excellent networking, verbal, and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
