Position Summary

This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalized growth stage company. The Content and Brand Marketing Manager will join our in house Marketing team to help shape the external voice of Realized.  The primary role will be to build and maintain all prospect facing content, including blogs, sales collateral, e-books and placed articles.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinates, develops, and maintains Realized content channels that provide valuable information and tools to our B-to-B / B-to-C prospects and external customers.
  • Sets the strategy, manages and publishes daily content by interacting with internal partners, external contractors, compliance, and the enterprise to maintain current and relevant industry, product and service information.
  • Serves the collateral and content needs of the sales department and Chief Revenue Officer with building and maintaining product brochures, case studies and presentations.
  • Analyzes existing data and content to ensure that when used, the content conveys a consistent tone and credible message to the online audience and persuades them to take action.
  • Helps develop and execute marketing strategies to support prospect/client experience in accordance with the business plan.
  • Maintains Realized overall brand library and develops new positioning and documentation as necessary.
  • Works with the Realized Product Management team to develop proper product positioning, establish new value propositions, create messaging, and develop use-cases for go-to-market strategies.
  • Supervises a team of 4-5 part time contractors and seasonal marketing interns.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of marketing and or content marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, contractors and understanding of the creative agency process.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • News room, editorial, and content distribution experience
  • Knowledge in CRE, DST, Tax and 1031 subjects are a plus
  • Digital experience with social media, SEO and an analytic background
  • Direct to consumer marketing experience in financial services or subscription products
  • Financial domain experience
