The B2B Marketing team is in search of a performance-driven, hands-on, and creative Content Marketing Manager who will be focused on developing content (strategizing, copywriting, and editing) for the Care at Work business. The role will develop engaging content aimed towards HR and employee benefits professionals as well as the C-level suite across various channels including email, website landing pages, blog posts, ebooks, webinar presentations, advertising copy (Facebook, LinkedIn, search, display), and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help define and implement a strategic content roadmap for Care@Work partnering closely with the SEO team and using SEO-derived insights to guide content strategies
  • Develop SEO-first content and lead the creation process of high quality and engaging content to support lead generation campaigns and programs, including case studies, web pages, ebooks, webinars, and emails
  • Lead a nationwide content calendar and initiatives responsible for generating efficient, high-quality business leads
  • Brief and edit both long-form and short-form content produced by design and copywriting agencies to ensure it meets and exceeds the expectations of the Care brand
  • Influence the Care@Work web infrastructure and content hierarchy throughout the website based on impactful content and achieving business objectives (increase awareness, lead generation, and loyalty)
  • Help evolve our content strategy and work to identify new emerging content types and channels
  • Develop a weekly reporting cadence that demonstrates the full-funnel impact of content initiatives
  • Build thought leadership through content creation that positions Care@Work as the preferred partner for small to large businesses

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of content development, copywriting, and/or copy-editing experience
  • Have a strong passion for and extensive hands-on experience in developing content strategies, managing content calendars, and copywriting
  • Experience with developing SEO-first content and SEO strategies
  • Superb written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced and high-performance environments
  • Ability to work optimally with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external vendors/partners
  • Strong Excel skills with experience building pivot tables, multi-function formulas, and graphs preferred
  • You are relentlessly resourceful with a bias for action. You have a problem-solving attitude and when something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen
  • B.A. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field is preferred
