What You'll Do:
The Corporate Communications manager focuses on analyst and press relations (Analyst Relations/Press Relations) and plays a critical role in managing the global media and analyst relations strategy on behalf of LogicMonitor. This role is responsible for promoting and maintaining LogicMonitor’s brand, strategy and key corporate and product messages in all communications with the press (global and domestic), media entities, on social media and through industry associations. This role also manages our employee advocacy social media platform and serves as the corporate admin for that platform ensuring all employees have access to appropriate content to share to ensure consistent voice, tone and messaging in line with LogicMonitor's brand.

Core marketing contribution
- Responsible for the content creation, execution, editing, publishing, and the management of all organic media.
- Responsible for the global, corporate analyst relations program.
- Improve LogicMonitor’s brand awareness and ensuring key executives have a voice with industry analysts and press
Content
- Map and spearhead materials/media for media and analyst activities.
- Develop and maintain PR content program strategy and reutilize long form content from Product Marketing Management team to get the most media value.
- Showcase customer stories and company news
- Submit executive thought leadership articles with on-going columns (e.g. IDG and Forbes).
- Apply for 5 industry speaking sessions per year.
- Create and execute thought leadership campaigns (ex. Cloud Vision 2020 survey).
Social Media
- Manage employee advocacy (social media) platform.
- Continue to promote LogicMonitor media and analyst mentions, press releases, blogs, long form content, and thought leadership articles on social media and employee advocacy platform.
Analysts Relations
- Manage LogicMonitor relationship with analyst firms (451 Research, Gartner, and more).
- Create and implement an analyst plan.
- Develop an analyst meeting calendar and coordinate regular meetings.
- Leverage analyst inquiries on product roadmap, positioning, pricing validation, and content reviews.
- Administer a quarterly analyst newsletter.
Press Relations
- Define and execute an internal communications plan at LogicMonitor that reinforces business strategy, cultural values, and company updates.
- Create storylines, messaging documents, and talking points for product launches and company news.
- Work across teams (executive, product, and marketing) to identify storylines and to amplify these stories externally.
- Proactive and consistent media outreach following PR calendar and quarterly themes.
- Produce PR reporting (month over month tracking of KPIs).
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years experience with marketing and/or product management in the B2B space preferred.
- Experience in media content creation.
- Ability to work independently to plan and prioritize workload in line with business needs
- Understands the role of Press Relations and Analyst Relations in the sales process
