Customer Advocacy and Marketing Manager

What you’ll do:
- Regular cadence of communication to entire customer base
- Build and manage the Customer Advocacy Program to drive engagement with our global customer community, promote advocacy opportunities, develop customer case studies
- Create a series of webinars for customers to create engagement, reinforce value of products, upsell add ons, expansion with additional seats
- Develop and execute user group summit strategy
- Collaborate with Product to develop and execute Customer Advisory Board strategy
- Digitally support customer onboarding and early engagement / activation
- Support “How To” and “Best Practices” to improve the customer experience and reduce support needs
- Support retention and renewal initiatives
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing programs, ideally in B2B software
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM and marketing automation
- Detail and solution oriented
- Data driven
Education
- Degree in Marketing or related field, and/or relevant professional qualifications
